（1）土壤污染生物修复：土壤中PAHs、石油类有机污染物的微生物/植物修复技术；极端环境中的微生物群落及有机污染降解微生物的分离筛选。
（2）环境监测与评价：环境中有机类、重金属污染的监测与分析；污染物来源、迁移与归趋研究；环境质量评价、生态风险评价和污染物健康风险评价。
